Chocolate Fondant Recipe

With Valentine's Day just round the corner, this easy recipe will have your loved one impressed and delighted in no time :)

You can follow the original, which uses orange zest but if you don't have any or prefer just chocolate then you can follow my recipe below:

1 tin (363g) of Nestlé Carnation Chocolate Topping and Filling (Or leftover topping from the Chocolate Fudge Cake recipe)
2 large eggs
2 egg yolks
80g of self-raising flour
10g of butter
Cocoa powder for dusting
6 ramekins

Melt the butter in the microwave and coat the insides of the ramekins with a brush. Dust the insides with sifted cocoa powder.
Mix the Carnation Chocolate with the eggs and egg yolks in a bowl. Sift in the flour and mix until smooth.
Pour into ramekins and chill in the fridge in the hour.
Preheat the oven to 200C / 180C with fan / Gas Mark 6. Bake until the top is crust and the fondant start to pull away from the sides.
